Qualified Vehicle Technician – Full Time
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year
Location: On-site
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our established and growing team.
We are a large independent repair garage with over 50 years of trading, operating from a modern, purpose-built workshop equipped with the latest tools and diagnostic equipment. We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, supportive working environment and investing in our team with ongoing training and development.
The Role
As part of our skilled workshop team, you will carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. Work includes:
- Routine servicing and maintenance
- Wet timing belt replacements and timing chains
- Clutch and suspension repairs
- MOT preparation and testing (Class 4 & 7)
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- General mechanical repairs across all makes and models
What We're Looking For
Applicants should have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience servicing and repairing vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Experience working on multiple makes and models
- A full UK driving licence
- A professional attitude and the ability to work well within a team
