Wise Will Writers

About the business

One person, start to finish, at your kitchen table

Wise Will Writers are independent, local estate planning experts based in Tilehurst, West Reading. As a full member of the Society of Will Writers, they strictly adhere to its Code of Practice, serving families across Berkshire and Hampshire. The process is made easy for you, with personalised guidance over the phone or a visit to you at home at a time convenient to you.

Protecting your family is made easy. Mini Chaudry comes to you at home, at a time that suits you, explains everything in plain English and stays with you until it is all done. You deal with one person from start to finish, with no call centre and no office appointment.

Around two thirds of people do not have a will. Without one, the law decides who gets what, and it may not be who you would choose. And 72% of people in the UK do not have a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) in place. An LPA gives someone you trust the legal authority to act on your behalf, if or when you can no longer make decisions for yourself.

Mini will talk it through with you in a free, no-obligation first chat and answer your questions before anything starts. Home visits are available across Berkshire and Hampshire, including Tadley, Basingstoke, Reading, Tilehurst, Newbury, Thatcham, Fleet, Hook and Andover. If you are not sure whether your area is covered, just ask.
