Sales & Marketing Assistant (telephone and web)
Location: Office-based role on Calleva Park, Aldermaston
Hours of Work: Minimum 20 hours per week during office hours Mon-Fri
Salary: Basic (depending on ability & experience) + commission package
Job Description:

Provide sales support to our existing telephone-based sales team to allow them to focus on direct sales activity as well as support the development of our online sales & marketing activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• processing sales orders and raising invoices;
• communicating with customers about their orders;
• dealing with enquiries on the phone and through our websites;
• following-up marketing campaigns by email and on the phone;
• carrying out product research enquiries;
• keeping customer databases up to date;
• helping maintain and develop the content on our websites.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• A strong desire to build experience in sales and marketing;
• A confident out-going personality;
• Strong verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and organisational skills;
• Ability to deal with paperwork and prioritise work in a busy environment;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team including senior managers.

Community Responders are looking for volunteers 
Community Responders are looking for volunteers that work alongside the ambulance service to provide a fast response to medical emergencies within the local area. They are always looking for volunteers to join the group. Full training will be provided.
