Commercial Contracts Administrator

The successful applicant will hold an LLB law degree and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of commercial contracts relating to the provision of services. A basic knowledge of employment law would also be beneficial though not essential.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Adapting model contracts and creating bespoke contracts to meet the needs of the business
Review and negotiate contract amendments based on client’s standard terms
Obtain input from commercial colleagues regarding relevant provisions
Manage the contract agreement process to minimise stalling
Manage the internal approval and signature of Contracts, and maintain contracts register
Advise on provisions of existing contracts when issues arise
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Holiday: 23 days increasing to 24 after 2 years service
Hours: 20 hours per week.
