Touch wood, I have not seen any rats. I am very careful not to leave anything relating to food outdoors on the ground (eg peanuts for the birds) or on the floor of our garage. I have noticed a lot more ravens around lately, One even accidentally fell down our chimney and scared the life out of me as it emerged into our living room. I am not sure who scared who the most!!!
