We all agree that improvements to AWE entrances are long verdue, but why was there no true consultatin with local residents? AWE assure me that local authorities were involved, including our own Town Council, but informatin n these works is conspicuous in its absence. West Berkshire Highways have assured me that the contractors were instructed to complete a 200 metre radius information leaflet drop, but none of my neighbours in the closest rads know pf this. Hampshire Highways tell me they have no detailed information on these works yet it affects Hampshire residents.And the roadworks don't appear on the Government data_base_ used by both West Berks and Hampshire authorities.
Since these works include a new traffic light system at the Falcon gyratory which many predict will be a disaster, and the works scheduled to finish next year! Can we as Tadley residents please have some open, honest and transparent information from OUR representatives to prepare us for the future disruptions being imposed on us by West Berkshire Highways?

What is exactly happening with the layout on Aldermastion drive opposite Heather road? I'm confused that there is a roundabout off to the side of the main road. Maybe the main road will be diverted to this new roundabout - I don't like that idea. Maybe we should change this website's name to "TadleyRoundabouts" instead? I also don't like the new roundabout on Paices Hill either, when it is dark the sharp corner leading into the roundabout towards Reading is not visible enough.

Was there never a public display of what changes would be happening?
